Retuns and Exchanges

We hope you love your goodies as much as we do, but if you’re not so sure, you can return your order back to the motherland (aint nobody got time for stuff they don’t luuurve) for a full refund, an exchange or a store credit. Please make sure to:

  • Drop us a message at hello@sunnyfolkclothing.com to let us know your name, order number and what goods are being returned, plus if you would like a refund, an exchange or a store credit
  • We will let you know the return address when you contact us
  • Return your order within 30 days of receiving it
  • Ensure goods are returned in their original condition - so haven’t been worn or damaged. We unfortunately cannot accept returns if they are not in their original condition.
  • To help us process as quickly as possible, please Include a note with your return delivery including the order number and name
  • if your order is faulty, we will offer a full refund.
  • You are responsible for the return postage cost (and additional postage if you require an exchange), unless you have received a faulty item, in which we will pick up the postage bill
