- Local and international deliveries are shipped every working day from Auckland, New Zealand. Please allow a bit longer over bank holidays.
- Estimated delivery times are guidelines only and may encounter some delays.
- When receiving a parcel that is damaged during delivery please be sure to note this when signing for the goods for your own coverage. Signing for a parcel without notification confirms it has been received in good condition.
- Please ensure you enter your shipping address correctly as once your product is dispatched we cannot alter the address, and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend.

Duty and Taxes

Orders to countries outside New Zealand may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. Assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country.
The price we display at checkout is exclusive of all taxes and duties that may be charged by local customs.
Payment of any local duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient.
If an item is held at customs or with the international courier, with no response, it will be returned to us, therefore the cost of this return postage will be deducted from the refund we will provide for the package.

Missing Parcels
Please email us once your parcel is outside of the specified delivery timeframe from when you received your shipping notification.
Business days are calculated from the day following your shipping notification.
Once the maximum timeframe has passed, your order has possibly gone missing.
We will help to lodge a query with the courier company and they will conduct their own investigation this can take up to 48/72 hours.
Once confirmed as lost we will be able to offer you a full refund.
